Our Terms of Reference in Performing the Assignment
- Timely collection of rent and payment of the same to our clients
- Provide prompt and satisfactory service on the general management of the premises
- Advice the client on sources and options for financing on favorable terms and conditions, if so required.
OUR SCOPE OF SERVICE
- Work with and be responsive to the client in all areas customarily related to management of property
- Develop as needed and implement strategy to guarantee and maintain competitive rates and benefits of property management from the available market.
- Co-ordinate and assist with the preparation of coverage applications and related forms necessary for submission to financial institutions.
- As requested by the client, testify before courts of justice or other jurisdiction or provide assistance in connection with any legal proceedings in which the client or its staff is a party in relation to the services provided under the contract.
- As requested by the client, provide other such services for which we have the technical capability to render, and
- Maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under the contract.
- Additionally, at the request of the client, we shall deliver such documents and work papers to the client within 30 days upon termination or completion of the contract.
